We want you to feel confident purchasing SteamTicket. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase in full — no questions asked — provided your request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@steamticket.ca from the email address associated with your SteamTicket account. Include:
- Your name;
- The email address used to purchase;
- The order number from your Paddle confirmation email (optional but helpful).
We will process your request within 3 business days. Refunds are issued through Paddle (our payment processor) back to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Both individual course purchases and bundle purchases are eligible.
- Once a refund is issued, your access to the refunded course(s) will be revoked.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse (e.g., requesting a refund after downloading all content, then re-purchasing).
Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase appears on your statement from Paddle. Refunds are also processed by Paddle on our behalf. Paddle's terms apply to the transaction.
